I wish that I could offer something with substance. Had you asked me 3 years ago, it probably would have been CSI or Law and Order or something like that. But now, I don't need substance because I don't really watch and regular shows, I watch alot less TV now that I'm married to my DH and I'm thankful for that.
Now, there is a bad to this too. I indulge in reality TV and programs that are just Drama. I find that these are the shows that unwind my stressed life because I laugh at how stupid they look on TV... BAD I know, but it is what it is.... When I'm watching TV, it is probably one of the following...
- Wipeout
- Desperate Housewives
- Bad Girls (They like to beat the crap out of each other... I LOVE IT)
- I didn't know I was pregnant (Mainly cause I wish it were me)
- Maury (only once in a while, can't take too much!)

I used to watch shows with 'substance' too, but since TTC and IF, I figure I have enough 'substance' in my life! I totally watch the trashy reality shows too :)
