Lost

Lost in thoughts and lost in heart. It came to my attention yesterday that I just haven't been around, thanks Sherry...

I am having a hard time getting on here and posting what I'm scared of for fear of upsetting someone. In my last post I told you my dr thinks that I was only around 5 wks and the sac was developing. In my opinion, not an MD, I should be further than that and I wonder if I have an empty sac. I'm so scared. I have been spotting off/on for a week very sporadic and mostly nothing. But today, is a little different. A little more. Still not what I would say is even a light flow, but spotting none the less. Friends who have been preg previously please help, whether you had a m/c or a baby in the end, I need input. It isn't bright red or dark red. It is more of a light orange red. Have any of you experienced this. With my 2 kids, I didn't spot at all and with my m/c, it was red and more.... HELP...

Sorry this is another preg post.

When I miscarried, I started spotting dark brown which progressed to red in a few hours. Hugs Tanya. I know how hard this is. Extremely. When do you go back for another ultrasound? I wonder if they would retest your HCG since you are spotting?

Also, It could be completely normal. ;) Hang in there.

I go in on Tuesday for my u/s, I asked about the HCG and the dr told me that after 6 wks, it varies very dramatically from woman to woman so it isn't a good scale.

(((BIG HUGS)))

With my m/c the spotting started off so light it was hardly noticeable, then got darker and slightly heavier very gradually over a week or two. And it was never red, it went from beige, to pinkish brown, to reddish brown. When they finally confirmed it, it still wasn't really a "flow," I only needed pantyliners. (Sorry if TMI)

BUT, from my googling I noticed that about half of the women who had similar spotting did NOT end up miscarrying. I hope you're like them! Hang in there, and don't worry about posting pg-related stuff. We are here to support you.

I spotted for a few days w/my pregnancy too. It was around week 7 I'm wanting to say. Mine was more brownish. Spotting is common in early pregnancy but very scary. I'd call your doctor and see what they say. Thinking of you girl!
