I am so pissed by this article, it isnt even funny. I don't know who to be pissed at though, the mother in the story for how she lives, or more so at the people she is suing for violating rights...I just can't believe it!
**It does say that she also sued CVS and a spermacide company because she was sold an out of date product and received an out-of court settlement for that. That along with other things, I do wonder if she didn't have a verbal agreement with the dr even without the signed waiver. Or if for some reason he was told she had signed the waiver, I can't imagine drs doing that, especially if she had sued previously, she probably would have been on news and such.... WHO KNOWS... ITS DEFINITELY WRONG!

That was INCREDIBLY unethical of the doctor (or whoever is responsible) to do that without her consent. I don't agree with her lifestyle one bit, but I do agree that both she and her basic rights were violated. I hope she wins a buttload of money, maybe then she'll stop taking so much public assistance :)
Good lord. I wonder how she found out that they did it to her? It is kind of hard to believe that a doctor would do that without consent.
I agree Kitty!!! Even though I know I'm judging her and her lifestyle, I hope she gets a bunch. I also wonder if it wasn't a little planned though because of her previous lawsuit with the spermacide. She could have had a verbal agreement to do the tubal but may not have signed the waiver...who knows! CRAZY
I don't think we're judging, we are just calling it as we see it!
1. She has no right to have more when she can't take care of the ones she has.
2. She bought expired spermicide. I am pretty sure an expiration should be on the box when she bought it, right? Did it result in her having one of her bajillion kids?!
3. She needs to shut her legs and mouth.
I was wondering what you were so upset about until I got to the bottom of the article. I'm sure she is just doing this for the money. There should be some rule about procreation when you are on gov't assistance. They did us all a favor by tying her tubes. LOL Did you do the math? If she has a 21 y/o and she is only 35, she had that child REALLY YOUNG.
I thought she looked young! Good grief!
